Chris brings over 37 years of single-family residential homebuilding and development experience to SVN | SFR Capital Management. As Division President for Standard Pacific, KB Homes and Legacy/Meritage in Dallas Fort Worth, he has a proven track record for acquiring and developing land and building teams to execute homebuilding strategies to maximize profitability. He has operated companies in the four major Texas cities. For seven years from 2001 - 2008 he owned Sheridan Homes, in both Dallas Fort Worth and San Antonio. At both Legacy/Meritage, Sheridan Homes, and initially at Standard Pacific he also acted as the Land Acquisition manager in addition to Division President/Owner. Today Chris works to build a nationwide presence in the Build-for-Rent space for SVN | SFR Capital Management.
