Dana brings over 30 years of experience developing, implementing, and optimizing operational strategies for various multi-family communities while developing top-performers and delivering best-in-class customer service.  As Vice President of Residential Operations, Dana will oversee the operations for the multi-family and build-for-rent divisions of the Signorelli Company.

Dana has been involved in the leasing, marketing, development, and stabilization of various multi-family communities, encompassing a total of over 28,000 units.  Prior to joining the Signorelli Company, Dana was with ZRS Management, serving as Regional Manager for multiple institutional clients as well as new business development.

Dana loves the outdoors, gardening, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.   Dana has three children and one grandchild that reside locally.  Dana previously served on the Texas Apartments Association Education Committee and enjoys contributing through community outreach with The Houston Food Bank and Montgomery County Food Bank.
