Eric is Managing Director and CEO of Regent Properties. He develops and formalizes Regent’s constantly evolving investment strategy, develops strategic relationships, and manages investor relations.  Eric has acquired, developed and/or disposed of multiple real estate product types totaling over 15 million square feet of vertical product as well as 8,000 acres of land. He started his career at the Westfield Corporation, Inc. where he focused on individual and portfolio property acquisitions, as well as development and asset management projects. Eric began his career as a financial analyst in The Walt Disney Company’s Corporate Strategic Planning Department.  Eric is a member of the Urban Land Institute, the Young President’s Organization, and the National Council for AIPAC. He serves on the boards of Fergus Reinsurance Limited, a Bermuda-based reinsurer; the Jewish Federation of Greater Dallas; and is a board member and chairman of the investment committee of the Joseph Drown Foundation. He graduated magna cum laude with an AB in Economics from Harvard College and received his MBA from Harvard Business School.
