Jackson Co-Founded Bridge Tower in 2013 and serves as its Managing Partner. Bridge Tower is a vertically integrated residential real estate developer and operator with assets across the Sunbelt. BT’s capabilities include capital markets, acquisition, entitlement, development, construction, property management, leasing, and maintenance. Bridge Tower’s first build-for-rent community began in 2016 with 179 detached single-family homes in the Dallas, TX submarket. Bridge Tower has developed and operated 24 build-for-rent communities, averaging 110 units per community since 2016.  

Jackson started his real estate career by purchasing Bridge Tower’s first home in 2013 in Dallas TX. Prior to Bridge Tower, Jackson held various roles as an analyst and portfolio manager for investment banks and hedge funds by investing in equities, derivatives, and bonds over 15 years.  

Jackson graduated from Syracuse University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance.
