As Regional Vice President for Portico Property Management, Ms. Utley oversees stabilized, lease-up and BTR communities throughout the DFW Metroplex and East Texas markets. She is responsible for managing the performance of regional and on-site teams, financial standings and investor and supplier partner relations. A well accomplished and seasoned multifamily professional with more than 30 years of experience in the industry.  Ms. Utley previously held roles with Equity Residential, Gables Residential, Camden Properties Trust and most recently BH Management. In 2022, She served as the President of the Apartment Association of Tarrant County in Hurst, TX (AATC) and is currently serving as Immediate Past President for AATC, a 2024 VP at Large for the Texas Apartment Association and a Delegate for NAA. She is a graduate of the AATC, TAA and NAA Leadership Lyceum programs and is DEI Certified with USF.
